# 提现

申请提取未使用资金，等待解锁后领取到钱包。

将未使用的 **USDG** 从 Assay 余额转到 **Robinhood Chain** 上的账户钱包。请求提现免费。约一小时后，通过钱包交易领取资金，交易需要 **ETH** 支付网络手续费。

\*\*开始前：\*\*你需要能操作[充值](/use-tools/zh/ru-men/add-funds.md)时使用的钱包。在 **Money → Funding** 查看可用余额。未完成调用或欠款调用暂扣的资金不可提现。

**请求未处理完期间，所有智能体在 Robinhood Chain 上的付费调用都会停止**，即使你只申请提取部分余额。领取或取消前都会保持停止。免费调用仍可使用。

## 操作步骤

### 打开 Withdraw

前往 **Money → Funding**，选择 **Withdraw**。

### 核对金额

侧栏初始使用 **Use all**，即当前可提现的全部金额。如果想留一些资金在 Assay，可输入较小金额。阅读付费调用将停止的警告。

你收到的金额不会超过请求金额。如果较早的付费调用先于提现请求到达链上，实际收到的可能更少。调用暂扣的资金不计入可用金额。如果侧栏提供 **Settle what is owed**，请先按[处理暂停或被拒的付款](/use-tools/zh/chu-xian-wen-ti-shi/fix-a-payment-problem.md)操作。

新请求会替换现有请求，并重新开始一小时等待，不会累加。

### 签署请求

勾选确认项，表示你知晓付费调用会停止，且实际收到的金额可能少于请求金额。选择显示金额和 **(free)** 的 **Request** 按钮。

使用账户钱包签署该金额的提现请求。此签名免费，只会开始等待期，尚不会将 USDG 转入钱包。等待 **Withdrawal requested**。

### 等待可领取

返回 **Money → Funding**。提现面板以 UTC 显示可领取时间。等待期为请求到达链上后 **1 小时**。

无需保持页面打开。晚些时候返回，请求也不会过期。在你完成前，付费调用保持暂停。

### 领取到钱包

可以领取时，选择金额旁的 **Claim**。在 **Claim your withdrawal** 中核对目标钱包和结算付款金额。

在该钱包中确认 **Robinhood Chain** 上的领取交易。钱包需要少量 **ETH** 支付网络手续费。等待 **Withdrawn to your wallet**；仅提交交易不算确认完成。

## 确认是否成功

钱包已在 Robinhood Chain 收到 USDG，**Funding** 不再显示未完成请求，提现记录也会在索引后显示，通常需要几分钟。如果没有其他支付问题阻止，付费调用就能使用 Assay 的剩余余额。

## 遇到问题时

| 钱包不足以支付网络手续费                                           | 为该钱包转入 Robinhood Chain 上的 ETH，或在 Assay 提供手续费帮助时按说明操作。USDG 不能支付这项网络手续费。 |
| 手续费帮助转账正在进行                                            | 等待到账后再签名。重新打开或重新加载领取侧栏，检查结果。                                           |
| 钱包请求已取消                                                | 在 **Funding** 检查当前请求或交易状态，再重试未完成的操作。                                   |
| **Your account is blocked, so withdrawals are paused** | 联系 Assay 支持解决封禁。                                                       |

在 **Money → Funding** 选择 **Cancel request**。在侧栏中选择 **Cancel the request (free)**，并用钱包签名。等待 **Request cancelled**。

资金不会离开 Assay 余额。取消确认后，如果没有其他限制，付费调用可以恢复。关闭侧栏不会取消已提交的请求。

开始领取时，Assay 会检查能否承担网络手续费。帮助有条件，并不保证提供。如果侧栏说明已发送手续费，请等待 ETH 到账，通常只需几秒，然后在钱包中确认。

每个地址仅可获得一次帮助，不会重置。手续费异常高、当天预算用尽或服务无法发送时，可能无法提供。如果当天预算用尽，请明天再试；如果手续费过高，请等其下降后返回。请求会保持未完成状态，不会过期。你也可以自行向钱包转入 ETH。

如果无法检查手续费帮助，请视为尚未提供。如果转账失败，或侧栏找不到已到可领取时间的提现，请重新加载再试；如果反复出现，请联系 Assay 支持。
