# 注销账户

请 Assay 注销账户前，先处理资金、记录和应用连接。

Assay 的 **Close account** 页面是一份准备清单。账户由 Assay 团队注销，应用中没有能注销账户的按钮。完成清单不会删除账户或记录。

### 打开清单

打开账户菜单，选择 **Settings**，再选择 **Close account**。阅读 **Before you close**。

### 完成资金和问题报告检查

按[处理暂停或被拒的付款](/use-tools/zh/chu-xian-wen-ti-shi/fix-a-payment-problem.md)结清欠款调用，再按[提现](/use-tools/zh/guan-li-zhang-hu/withdraw-funds.md)将剩余可用余额转入钱包。必须完成领取；仅请求提现不会转走资金。

仍在检查的调用和欠款可能导致资金继续暂扣。等待检查或收款完成，再提取剩余资金。如有未处理完的问题报告，请按[退款或报告不良结果](/use-tools/zh/chu-xian-wen-ti-shi/get-a-refund.md)通过 **Activity → Reports** 跟进。认定提现完成前，检查是否有退款回到余额。

只有 Assay 能读到余额、已无可提现资金或未解除的暂扣、且没有欠款时，**Withdraw your money** 才会自动勾选。清单不会单独检查未处理完的问题报告；请求注销前请自行查看。

### 保留记录

使用 **Statement CSV** 和 **Spend CSV** 保存[对账单与导出](/use-tools/zh/ri-chang-shi-yong/statements-and-exports.md)中介绍的导出文件。查看 **Calls** 和 **Account history**，保留需要的收据或变更参考编号。这些链接只打开相应视图，不会自动导出全部记录。

保存所需内容后，再勾选已保存记录的复选框。页面提醒，账户注销后将无法访问对账单和调用记录。

### 停止应用访问和支付权限

选择 **Revoke agent keys**，打开 **Controls → Agents**。按[管理智能体、已连接应用与支付密钥](/use-tools/zh/jin-jie/manage-agents-apps-and-keys.md)撤销不再希望使用的应用和 API 密钥，并在链上停止它们的支付密钥。

没有任何应用或 API 密钥仍有效时，**Revoke your agent keys** 会自动勾选。但这项检查不能证明所有支付密钥的链上权限都已关闭。完成前请查看所有 **Payment key still active on chain** 或 **may still be active on chain** 条目。

### 阅读注销选项

返回 **Close account**。如果有 **Ask us to close the account**，完成清单后，该选项会打开支持渠道。请在那里发送请求并等待团队回复；打开链接不会注销账户。

如果页面说明由团队注销账户，但没有显示请求链接，请联系 Assay 支持申请注销。你可以让账户保持无资金、无有效密钥的状态。页面说明这样不收费，且可以再次登录。在团队注销前，它仍是一个账户。

## 确认是否成功

资金和密钥检查已完成，你也已保留记录。如果请求了注销，请保留团队回复作为确认。**Ready to close** 表示准备完成，不表示账户已注销。

这里没有自助数据删除流程，也没有专门针对注销的数据保留时间表。应用提醒注销后将失去对账单和调用记录的访问权限，但并未承诺删除所有已存储数据。如果你在意这一点，请在请求注销前询问团队会保留哪些数据、能删除哪些数据。

## 遇到问题时

| 你看到的情况      | 处理方式                        |
| ----------- | --------------------------- |
| 无法读取余额或暂扣付款 | 稍后重试。数据缺失不算提现完成。            |
| 仍有欠款        | 完成结算，等待收款，再提取剩余资金。          |
| 问题报告仍未处理完   | 跟进其时间线，并在完成资金检查前处理由此产生的退款。  |
| 密钥仍有效       | 撤销对应应用或 API 密钥，并检查其独立的支付权限。 |
| 没有请求链接      | 联系 Assay 支持申请注销。完成准备不会注销账户。 |
