# 处理暂停或被拒的付款

找出付费调用停止的原因，并采取相应操作恢复调用。

被拒的尝试不会收费。**Owed** 调用不同：智能体已使用结果，但付款仍待收取。先看 AI 应用中的消息或 Assay 的横幅。

### 阅读原因

如果 AI 应用返回了链接，请打开它。否则打开 Assay，阅读顶部横幅。**Activity → Calls → Refused** 显示已记录的拒绝及解决方式；**Owed** 显示未付款调用。在电脑本地发生的拒绝可能只显示在 AI 应用中。

### 按原因处理

在下面的分组中找到对应消息。先解决原因，再让 AI 重复调用。

#### 欠款或余额

| 应用或 AI 的提示                                                                     | 处理方式                                                                                                      |

| **Paid calls are paused: your escrow owes for a call your agent already made** | 之前的调用已运行，但付款未能收取。在顶部横幅选择 **Settle**，用欠款钱包逐笔签署欠款支付。签名免费。收款会从 Assay 余额扣除资金，通常在一分钟内完成。重试前需结清每一笔欠款调用。         |
| 付款尚不可签署                                                                        | 原支付必须先过期，以免重复付款。等到结算侧栏显示的时间，再重新打开 **Settle**。                                                             |
| **Collecting the payment you signed**                                          | 等待收款。不要再次签名，也不要重复原工具调用。                                                                                   |
| **Not enough balance for this call** 或余额为空                                     | 按[充值](/use-tools/zh/ru-men/add-funds.md)操作，或等待暂扣资金的调用结束。**Money → Funding** 会显示可用金额。仍在确认中的充值尚不能付款。        |
| **A withdrawal is in progress, so paid calls are paused**                      | 未完成的提现会暂停所有智能体的付费调用，即使只提取部分金额。打开 **Money → Funding**。可领取时完成领取，或选择 **Cancel request** 并免费签署取消，让资金留在 Assay。 |

#### 限额

#### 账户

#### 你电脑上的本地限额

查看本地限额：

```

默认值为每次调用 $0.50、每 24 小时 $5。要修改它们，请在终端中运行：

npx -y @goassay-ai/mcp limits set --per-call 1 --per-day 10
```

添加 `--providers 0x…,0x…` 可只向这些提供方付款，`--providers off` 可移除该列表。

### 重试原本的调用

横幅消失或变更确认后，让 AI 再次尝试任务。对于欠款，结算支付的是之前的调用，不需要再次运行原工具。

## 确认是否成功

目标工具返回结果，且不再出现相同拒绝。在 **Activity → Calls** 打开新调用，查看收据。签名成功不代表欠款已收取，也不代表新调用已运行。

## 遇到问题时

| 你看到的情况                                   | 处理方式                                                               |

| 欠款调用显示 **Written off**                   | 欠款调用 30 天内未结清会显示 **Written off**。你仍需偿还，结清前付费调用会保持暂停。使用 **Settle**。 |
| 已恢复调用，但仍处于暂停                             | 检查是否另有欠款、未完成提现、过期权限或起限制作用的限额。                                      |
| 修复确认后仍出现相同拒绝                             | 保留调用参考编号和完整原始消息，联系 Assay 支持。                                       |
| **The contracts are paused** 或 Assay 不可用 | Assay 已为所有人暂停付款。请稍后重试。                                             |
