# 常见问题
简要解答使用工具、安全付款和作为提供方获取收益的常见问题。

## 什么是 Assay？
Assay 位于你的 AI 和付费 API 之间：它检查每次调用返回的内容，让你不必为有问题的结果付费；提供方用质押为质量提供保障。参阅[什么是 Assay](/overview/zh/cong-zhe-li-kai-shi/what-is-assay.md)。
## 使用工具
试用 Assay 前需要充值吗？
不需要。你可以先创建账户、连接 AI 应用并完成一次免费调用，再考虑充值。从[创建账户](https://docs.goassay.ai/use-tools/zh/create-your-account)开始。
调用一次工具要多少钱？
每个工具在调用前都会显示价格。标价已包含 Assay 费用。充值和部分钱包操作还需要少量网络手续费。参阅[查找工具](https://docs.goassay.ai/use-tools/zh/find-tools)和[充值](https://docs.goassay.ai/use-tools/zh/add-funds)。
有免费额度吗？
有些工具免费；另一些工具为每个智能体提供每日免费调用次数，用完后才开始付费调用。额度按工具设置，请查看工具详情。参阅[完成第一次免费调用](https://docs.goassay.ai/use-tools/zh/make-your-first-call)。
ChatGPT 或 claude.ai 能为工具付款吗？
不能。托管连接器（claude.ai、ChatGPT，以及在 Claude Desktop 中添加的连接器）只能进行免费调用。需要付费调用时，请在本地安装 assay-mcp。参阅[连接你的 AI 应用](https://docs.goassay.ai/use-tools/zh/connect-your-ai-app)。
充值后就会开启付款吗？
不会。你还需要在钱包中批准本地应用的支出权限。充值后请按[开启付费调用](https://docs.goassay.ai/use-tools/zh/turn-on-paid-calls)操作。
需要什么代币和网络？
付款使用 **Robinhood Chain** 上的 **USDG**。你的钱包需要 USDG 用于充值，还需要少量 ETH 支付网络手续费。最低充值金额为 $5。参阅[充值](https://docs.goassay.ai/use-tools/zh/add-funds)。
支付密钥存在哪里，能做什么？
assay-mcp 将支付密钥保存在操作系统密钥链中。它可以在你于钱包中批准的限额内签署付款，不能提取你的余额。以你的电脑用户身份运行的任何程序都能使用它，所以请只批准你能接受的限额。参阅[管理智能体、已连接应用与支付密钥](https://docs.goassay.ai/use-tools/zh/manage-agents-apps-and-keys)。
API 密钥和支付密钥是一回事吗？
不是。智能体 API 密钥让你自己的程序可以调用工具。支付密钥用于签署付款。只有 API 密钥无法付款。参阅[管理智能体、已连接应用与支付密钥](https://docs.goassay.ai/use-tools/zh/manage-agents-apps-and-keys)。
能限制或停止 AI 支出吗？
可以。账户上限、每个智能体的限额和支付密钥已批准的上限同时适用，以其中最低者为准。参阅[设置限额与规则](https://docs.goassay.ai/use-tools/zh/set-limits-and-rules)。
收到答案后，为什么资金还被暂扣？
答案可能在检查结束前就已返回，之后付款还会暂扣一小段时间，再付给提供方。提供方还没有拿到你的钱。打开该调用的收据，查看资金所在位置。参阅[查看支出](https://docs.goassay.ai/use-tools/zh/check-your-spending)。
失败或空结果也要付费吗？
如果检查发现提供方失败，此次调用不收费，或自动退款。如实返回的空答案仍会收费。如果不良结果漏过了检查，请参阅[退款或报告不良结果](https://docs.goassay.ai/use-tools/zh/get-a-refund)。
如何申请退款，钱退到哪里？
打开调用收据，在 **Refundable until** 时间之前使用 **Report a bad result**。报告被认定成立后，此次调用的费用会退回你的 Assay 余额。参阅[退款或报告不良结果](https://docs.goassay.ai/use-tools/zh/get-a-refund)。
有余额，为什么付费调用仍然暂停？
限额、已过期的付款权限、待处理提现或欠款调用都可能暂停付款。应用会显示原因。参阅[处理暂停或被拒的付款](https://docs.goassay.ai/use-tools/zh/fix-a-payment-problem)。
能取回未用完的资金吗？
可以。申请提现，等待页面显示的时间，再领取到你的钱包。申请未完成期间，付费调用会暂停；免费调用仍可继续。参阅[提现](https://docs.goassay.ai/use-tools/zh/withdraw-funds)。
谁能看到我的工具调用数据？
Assay 会处理调用的输入和答案，提供方会收到为其提供服务所需的请求。Assay 将请求体和响应体留作检查证据，并在过期后删除。如果工具使用相关性检查，调用内容会传给 AI 评判模型。提供方在回应不良结果报告时，可以查看该调用的证据。请只发送你愿意与该服务共享的数据。
去哪里查看收据和下载记录？

## 上架你的 API
上架 API 必须创建新工具吗？
不必。如果目录中已有工具能描述你的答案，将端点连接到它即可。否则可以发布自己的工具。从[上架目录中的工具](https://docs.goassay.ai/list-your-api/zh/list-a-catalogue-tool)开始。
如何防止别人绕过 Assay 直接调用我的 API？
要求端点进行身份认证：使用由服务检查的 API 密钥、Assay 请求签名，或同时使用两者。参阅[上架目录中的工具](https://docs.goassay.ai/list-your-api/zh/list-a-catalogue-tool)中的认证步骤。
为什么需要质押，要多少？
质押为付费工具的质量承诺提供保障。发布页面会显示你的条款要求的金额。免费上架无需质押，也没有收益。参阅[上架目录中的工具](https://docs.goassay.ai/list-your-api/zh/list-a-catalogue-tool)和[管理质押](https://docs.goassay.ai/list-your-api/zh/manage-your-stake)。
一次调用失败就会扣除质押吗？
不会。罚没需要足够多的已检查调用，且失败率明显高于你的承诺。你可以在截止时间前对罚没提案提出申诉。参阅[质量与 SLA](https://docs.goassay.ai/list-your-api/zh/quality-and-sla)和[处罚与申诉](https://docs.goassay.ai/list-your-api/zh/penalties)。
什么时候收到收益，付到哪里？
检查和付款暂扣结束后，你的份额会以 USDG 转入你的收款钱包。应用中没有需要提现的余额。免费调用和上架测试没有收益。参阅[获取收益](https://docs.goassay.ai/list-your-api/zh/get-paid)。
收益会扣除什么费用？
Assay 对每次付费调用收取 10% 费用，已包含在客户价格中。上架摘要和 **Money** 会显示分配比例。参阅[获取收益](https://docs.goassay.ai/list-your-api/zh/get-paid)。
客户能追回已完成的结算付款吗？
不能。及时提交且被认定成立的报告只会退回仍暂扣的资金，不会追回已完成的结算付款。反复出现质量失败可能单独让质押面临风险。参阅[获取收益](https://docs.goassay.ai/list-your-api/zh/get-paid)和[回应不良结果报告](https://docs.goassay.ai/list-your-api/zh/answer-a-dispute)。
能暂停上架项或取回质押吗？

质押能保证每次调用都返回正确答案吗？
